Pool Rules
Wimborne Swim School is situated at St Michaels Middle School, Colehill Ln, Wimborne
Please take the time to read our policy and rules below set out by St Michaels Middle School & Wimborne Swim School
Absence: In the event of absence, holiday or sickness no allowances or refunds can be given.
Enrolment : Swim lessons can begin at any time during the term, subject to space availability.
Payment: Parents will be given an Enrolment form 3 weeks before half term with a payment date. Parents can then either bring payment with them on poolside or pay online through our Swim School Account before half term.
Important: late payments will incur a charge of £10.00
Swim Hats: swimming hats are compulsory and may be brought through the swim school.
weather: If cancelled due to bad weather conditions, Snow etc no allowances or refunds can be given .
Emergency: In a accident or emergency to any person , all persons should leave the water immediately through emergency exits.
Armbands: Armbands will be removed only at the teachers discretion.
No food in changing rooms or poolside.
No running on poolside.
No cameras or mobile phones are allowed on premises.
Wimborne swim school will not be responsible for any valuables and personal property that go missing either on poolside in the balcony area or the changing rooms.

As a swim school hiring out the pool we do not have any control over the schools open days/parents evenings or weather conditions .
Our swim school shall not commence until the pupils are invited to enter the water by the swim teacher, and shall end when the class is finished by the swim teacher.
The swim teacher is only responsible for the children in the water and on poolside but is not responsible whilst the children are in the changing rooms or outside the pool area.
